I’ve never believed that careers or lives follow a straight path. My own journey has taken me from a small country town in NSW, through an unexpected apprenticeship in saddle making, to senior leadership roles at some of the world’s largest technology companies — including Microsoft, Nokia, and Amazon Web Services. Along the way, I’ve lived and worked across six countries, led diverse global teams, and helped organisations navigate transformation, growth, and crisis.
But while technology was the backdrop of my career, I came to realise my real passion was people. Time and again, the most rewarding moments weren’t tied to systems or strategies, but to mentoring, guiding, and seeing others unlock potential they hadn’t recognised in themselves. That realisation led me to deepen my practice with formal training in Life Coaching, Executive Coaching, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Matrix Therapies, eDISC, mBIT, and elements of Positive Psychology and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

I know first-hand the weight of imposter syndrome, the challenges of resilience after loss, and the courage it takes to step into uncharted territory. I also know the joy of growth, the strength found in vulnerability, and the freedom of shaping a life aligned with values rather than fear.
Today, I bring the lessons of a 35+ year global career and the depth of my personal journey into my coaching practice. Whether you’re a senior executive navigating complexity, a professional seeking a meaningful career shift, or an individual ready to break old patterns and step into possibility — I provide a supportive, structured space to help you grow with clarity, confidence, and conviction.
At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: our most powerful learning doesn’t come from textbooks, but from lived experience — both successes and failures. My role is to help you harness your experiences, find fresh perspective, and move forward with purpose.
